Dental-Art, a dental services provider, believes that any holding, transfer and processing of personal data must be carried out in full accordance with the legal provisions of EU Regulation 2016/679, and will ensure that it respects the right to confidentiality of your personal data.
Through this statement, we wish to inform you of the privacy policy that Dental-Art bases on in its relationship with you regarding the personal data you provide to us, and we consider it absolutely necessary to inform you of the types of data and how they are used, but above all to offer you the assurance of complete confidentiality.
Personal data is collected by Dental-Art directly from you, for example, in the context of a registration (filling out a form), an opinion survey or a phone call.
For what purpose do we process personal data?
Personal data regarding site users will be processed in accordance with the Regulation and will be used by Dental-Art for the following purposes:
– invoicing of ordered services;
– evaluation of the services provided;
– informing users/clients about the status of courses, by phone and by e-mail;
– direct marketing, namely information through messages sent by e-mail regarding services, promotions or any other marketing actions carried out by Dental-Art only to the extent that the data subject has expressed express and unequivocal consent to the processing of the e-mail and/or telephone for this purpose;
– conducting market studies, monitoring consumer behavior;
– providing services for organizing seminars based on case photos on dentistry or management topics;
– processing and resolution by Dental-Art of requests, questions and complaints.
What are the rights related to personal data?
User rights regarding personal data. You have the following rights, which can be exercised, individually or cumulatively, regarding your personal data:
– Right of access – you can request confirmation of whether or not your personal data is being processed by Dental-Art, and if so, you can request access to it, as well as certain information about it.
– Right to rectification – you can obtain the rectification of inaccurate personal data, as well as the completion of those that are incomplete, including by providing additional information;
– The right to data deletion – in situations expressly regulated by law (especially in the case of withdrawal of consent or if it is found that the processing of personal data was not legal), you can obtain from Dental-Art the deletion of the respective data;
– The right to restrict processing – you can obtain from Dental Art the restriction of the processing of personal data in certain situations expressly regulated by law.

– The right to withdraw your consent – you may withdraw your consent for the processing of your personal data by Dental-Art at any time, where the processing is based on consent. The withdrawal of consent will only have effect for the future, the processing carried out prior to the withdrawal remaining valid.
